Rates
As all projects vary dependent upon their specific needs, so do the appropriate fees. For reference, here is a list of a couple tried and true packages.

Real Estate Video Tours:

$300 Basic Package includes up to 1 hour shoot time with videographer at the property.
Apx. 2 minute Video Tour features the main bedrooms, living area, and exterior of the property set to instrumental background music. Company logos and contact info are displayed at video's opening and closing.

$500 Extended Package includes the basic tour plus the option to host the tour via an agent introduction and closing with voice-over recorded at the time of shooting. We can also record the voice-over for you in post-production.

Corporate Promotional Videos and Commercials:

$500 Basic package includes 2 hours of shoot time with videographer on loacation. The videographer's main objective is to capture as many shots as needed to illustrate your prepared script. A representative of your company has the option to speak on camera or a voice-over may be recorded either on location, or by us in post production.

Additional shoot time and/or advanced editing requests (motoin graphics, color keying, or compositing) will be billed at $100 per hour.

Special Events:

Figure $100 per hour for shooting and any post-production. Also consider the number of videographers needed. For weddings, please email for a specific package designed to best suite your needs.
